15+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

Helping You Stay Healthy, One Check at a Time

I’m Ronald Castelino — an Associate Professor at the University of Sydney,
specialist pharmacist, educator, researcher, and professional coach trained by the
International Coaching Academy.

Originally from Manipal, India, I completed my Bachelor and Master of Pharmacy
before moving to Australia to undertake my PhD at the University of Sydney. Like
many international students and healthcare professionals, I navigated cultural shifts,
career transitions, imposter feelings, and leadership growth.

Today, I:

  • Lead academic programs
  • Supervise PhD students
  • Mentor healthcare professionals
  • Practice clinically as a specialist kidney pharmacist
  • Coach individuals seeking clarity and growth

Why I Coach?

Throughout my academic and clinical career, I noticed something:

Talented people often struggle not because of lack of ability, but because of lack of clarity, confidence, or structured support.

I wish I had a coach during key transition moments:
